I can't find these guys's album anywhere, yet, but it should be out soon and I'm excited. The feel and structure of the songs remind me of Bright Eyes, but I can't decide if it feels derivative or older and more mature.

I can't get this song about being born in another time and place, Roscoe, out of my head. It feels medieval and T-Rex inspired. Their new album, The Trials of Van Occupanther, is definitely worth picking up.

His last album. His voice sounds like he has accepted death, and most of the songs are about his time coming to an end. It's devastating and beautiful.

Great album, but it didn't blend with the terrain, so I didn't listen to it much on my own. Lydia wanted to listen to it, so we played it over and over together.
